Multiplying one cell by a column

I'm trying to multiply column B3:12 by cell W5. B3:12 contains a set number
and I'm trying to multiply that number by the formula result in W5. I've
tried every special paste option and combo. Also W5 is connected to a
spinner. I need B3:12 to adjust as W5 does. So far I've had to manually
link all the cells to W5. Uggh.
Any help appreciated.

Gord Dibben

Multiplying one cell by a column

In C3 enter =B3 * W5

Drag/copy down to B12

Doing this causes the next cell to multiply by W6, and the next by W7...so
on.....

Apologies for not adding the $ signs to W5.

I see Tyro has made the correction.
