Jumping Scroll
 

If I have a full screen of wrapped text in a cell and I try to scroll the
worksheet down with the scrollbar or the mousewheel, it will always jump to
the next row. Therefore, it's not possible to ever view the entire contents
of a very tall cell. How do you tell the vertical thumb to smoothly scroll
instead of automatically jumping to the next row?
