Creating a calculated field in a Pivot Table
Hi I saw this response from rsantaro dates 19 Nov 2007.
Create a calculated field. In Excel 2007: click in a cell in you PivotTable, under PivotTable Tools | Options | Formulas select Calclulated Field... Input a Name for the Calculated Field in the Name text box (the name will show up as a field in the Field List). However I can't find "Pivot Table Tools" on any menu or ribbon - I'm missing something, can anyone point me in the right direction please? |

I'm not sure if you mean "Pivot table toolbar". If it is, you can find it he
Select any cell in the pivot table, do a right click and select the second last item on the list - "Show Pivot Table Toolbar". Click that and you will be able to see the toolbar.
