Creating a calculated field in a Pivot Table

Hi I saw this response from rsantaro dates 19 Nov 2007.

Create a calculated field.

In Excel 2007: click in a cell in you PivotTable, under PivotTable Tools |
Options | Formulas select Calclulated Field...

Input a Name for the Calculated Field in the Name text box (the name will
show up as a field in the Field List).

However I can't find "Pivot Table Tools" on any menu or ribbon - I'm missing
something, can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I'm not sure if you mean "Pivot table toolbar". If it is, you can find it he

Select any cell in the pivot table, do a right click and select the second
last item on the list - "Show Pivot Table Toolbar". Click that and you will
be able to see the toolbar.
