Careful mergin of data

I'm sure there's an easier way to do what I'm doing and wanted to ask for
suggestions:

I have an address list on Excel of about 900 addresses. I just received a
version with about 300 of the addresses changed. I don't want to change any
of the other columns of data. So, I'm manually cutting and pasting the new
addresses in. Is there an easier or automatic way to do this?

This sort of job is a pain.

What do you have that ties together the two batches of addresses? Are
there any names or postcodes/zipcodes in common?

Joe.

Joe,

I sure do. Each person has an account number. This account number appears
in the old table as well as the new one that holds the updated addresses. Is
there a way to link that way?
