How do i view the page set up without installing printer?

I am working with excell for tha past 15 years. When ever i make a document,
i used to view about the page set up. Then i used to inincrease the Row space
to adjust the page settings. Yesterday i prepared a document and wanted to
see the page set up or print preview. When i tried this, i am getting a
message asking me to attach a printer. I never had any printer. How to arrest
this problem. Please advice.

The computer does NOT have to know that. Install one anyway.

Go thru the steps in Control Panel to install a printer - it does not matter
that there is no actual printer attached to the PC but Excel need printer
info to make a page.
best wishes
