Move list to different tabs

I have a spreadsheet with a list of data. At each change in, for example,
the date, there is a page break. Is there a way to take to data and put it
on separate tabs (at each page break or change in date)? I would rather not
copy and paste large amount of data onto 40 separate tabs manually if there
is a quick/easy way to do this. I am also not versed in visual basic codes.
Thanks in advance!
