What is this Excel feature?
When I look at the MS Office Template called LoanAmortization1 (for
Excel 2007), it has a feature that I do not recognize. What is it? How was it created (i.e. what keystrokes)? And how can I edit it? Is this feature limited to Excel 2007? When I select cell D10, an explanation pops up. It looks like a comment, but I believe it is not. There is no red triangle in a corner of the cell; the explanation does not up when I simply hover the mouse cursor over the cell; and when I right-click, the menu shows Insert Comment, not Edit Comment. Also, the template has no macros. I should note that although the template was originally created and saved as an Excel 2007 file, someone "converted" (saved) it to an Excel 2003 file for me, and I am using Office Excel 2003 to access it. |

Sounds like a data validation input message.
