I have set up two email accounts, but all messages are 'received' by the
default account. Can we set Outlook to recive the incoming messages to the
appropriate Inbox?

I've already set the default mailbox to view by email account, but we would
prefer the message appeared in the Mailbox to which it was sent.

Thanks!

I expect you can and someone will no doubt tell you how if you ask in an
Outlook forum and not an Excel one

Thanks Mike. While setting up my account I somehow jumped to the Excel
group.
