Multi selection copy problem

Farhad,

Are there hidden rows/columns in the selection you are copying? Is the data
filtered? XL hides rows when filtering.

XL will copy everything that is selected, including hidden rows/columns.

After you make your selection, do an [Alt] + [;] key combination so XL will
adjust the selection to visible cells only.

Conan

Thank you Conan for your reply but i checked no rows are hidden and also the
another thing that i found is when i sort the sheet all formulas chage to
their value that is really wierd and i am working with Excel about 10 years
and never seen these things before.
