Check boxes
 

I've added check boxes next to cells in a database. I want to sort by those
which are checked and which are not. How do I link the checkbox to the cell
it corresponds with?

hi
assign the linked cell property of the check box to the desired cell. needs
to be a blank cell becasue the linked cell will display true for check and
false for not checked. sort by the linked cell.

If you link the check box to the cell it hovers over than set the font color
of that cell to white, the "True" or "False" will not be visable and with the
box over the linked cell it helps to protect it from accidental over write.
You may need to adjust the size of the box.
