How do I rotate a triangle diagram shape.

I need to create a page with two triangle diagrams. One needs to be inverted
180 degrees, I can not find any information where this is possible.
I am using Excel version 2003

R-click the Toolbar area and Tick "Drawing". Use the features/shapes there.
