Formula error - cell reference
I have a cell that is referencing a cell in another worksheet. However,
instead of showing the value of the referenced cell, it is displaying the actual formula. Does anyone know what the problem is here? I've never had the actual formula appear in a cell before. |

You probably have your cell formatted as text.
Format as General, then edit the formula (F2, enter) to force it to be recalculated. Regards, Fred "Sara" wrote in message ... I have a cell that is referencing a cell in another worksheet. The format is probably set to TEXT. Right click the cell and change the format to general or number. Jay |
