page breaks and margin
 

i have a spreadsheet over 2 pages vertical, they are pricelist for customers
when im doing a new pricelist i make new tab and copy paste list and make
amendments to the price list. i have been doing this for years with no
problem, recently i have done the same thing and it comes out over 3 pages i
have looked at page breaks and made it into 2, when you look at print preview
it adjusts the size from 100% to 60, and wont let me move the margin below a
certain point so im left with about an inch at the bottom, if i copy this and
put it onto another computer then all the margins and page breaks are ok. can
anyone help please??
