Data Validation Lists

Hi All

I want to create a data validation list which allows the user to select
either an option in the list or allows them to enter they own data. Is that
possible?

Data Validation Lists

In the data validation dialog box, go to the Error Alert tab
Remove the check mark from 'Show error alert after invalid data is entered.'
Click OK
