Wrapping Text

I have a cell I would like the text to wrap, however, when it wraps the text
it changes the height of all of the other cells in the row. How can I stop
this?

Wrapping Text

You could merge the cell with a cell(s) above or below. Then the height of
the other row(s) could be manually adjusted to show all of the text.
