Hi

I am hoping someone can help I am trying to paste some information from 1
excel spreadsheet to another and when I try to paste special - values it
comes up with a window with 2 options to 'paste' or 'paste link' with the
sourced from information then to copy as - microsoft office excel worksheet,
picture, bitmap etc. I paste new information into the spreadsheet every day
and it has only just started coming up with this? Do you have any suggestions
on how to resolve the issue I am hoping it is something really simple that i
am overlooking!!

Make sure you have both workbook files open in the same instance of excel.

Close one workbook (and that instance of excel) and use File|open to open the
second file.

Then try it.
