automatically populate cells

Hi,

I would like my spreadsheet to automatically populate the words SAT and SUN
if all weekdays are selected.

A1=Mon B1=Tue C1=Wed D1=Thu E1=Fri

If all the above are selected in that order, I would like F1 to
automatically populate with Sat and G1 to populate with Sun. Is that
possible?
