How can I copy or convert excel data from an computer which has excel 2007 to
a computer which has excel 2003?

Default Excel 2007/2003

Save the workbook in 2003 format. You will lose anything based on 2007's
larger grid and enhanced formatting.

Default Excel 2007/2003

Either save in Excel 2003 format from Excel 2007, or install the
compatibility pack on your 2003 machine:
