Default Automatic Color Fill

When I copy paste something into my spreadsheet the cell automatically turns
blue. Is there a way to fix this?

Are you copying a hyperlink or text that is originally blue?

To copy unformatted text, hit the F2 key in the cell you want to paste
into, then hit paste. That will paste the text into the cell's format.

I'm copying normal blaco text from an email and when I paste it into the cell
the entire cell turns blue.
