Embedded Objects
When I open a worksheet with an embedded object in it, the object appears as
a white square/rectaangle with a red X in the top left hand corner. Can someone tell me how to fix this so that the objects are visible when I open excel. Thanks, Pete. |

Often this means that the object was linked to an external file, and that
file cannot be located. I remember it a lot back in Office 97 and earlier, and haven't seen it for some time. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "Pete" wrote in message ... When I try to embed an object from a file on my hard drive it does the same
thing. Pete. "Jon Peltier" wrote: Often this means that the object was linked to an external file, and that file cannot be located.
