cell not showing all the text entered?
I have to enter about 500 words in a cell, but the cell stops showing words
after roughly 150 words. I can still enter more words, they just don't show in the cell. What can I do to get the cell to show all the text entered? Thanks, Tom |

It is one of ythe limitations in Excel. I would put the text in a text box
sized to the cell or in a comment box attached to the cell "Tom" wrote: I have to enter about 500 words in a cell, but the cell stops showing words after roughly 150 words. You may well that periodically throwing in an Alt Enter to give a new line
will enable excel to display your data. Another possibility is that you are hitting the problem described at http://groups.google.com/group/micro...9d551fe3700c6e in which case formatting the cell to General instead of Text may solve it for you. -- David Biddulph "Tom" wrote in message ...
