Can you pls help me with a printing query. I have the option to fit 1 to 1
but I would like to divide it in two like creating a page break but that option is not available. thank, jose |

Rather than using Fit To I'd suggest you play with the Adjust To percentage,
which does observe page breaks, until you get the result you want. -- Jim "Joe" wrote in message ... | Can you pls help me with a printing query. I have the option to fit 1 to 1 | but I would like to divide it in two like creating a page break but that | option is not available. | thank, jose |

Hi Jim,
Thanks for the suggestion. Sometimes it doesnt work the way we would like it. Would it be possible to get it fit so it prints out using the space on the whole page? Hi Jim,
Thanks for the suggestion. It is good but not exactly what we need as sometimes it doesnt work the way we would like it. Would it be possible to get it fit so it prints out using the space on
the whole page in a quick manner? So you want a solution that works and is quick too?<g The issue is that when you print multiple pages as one print job, whatever zoom or fit to factor Excel uses, applies to all pages. That usually results in some pages with a lot of underutilized space. The only solution I know of is to print each page as a separate print job with its own settings. This isn't always possible and of course is not quick unless you do it with a macro. -- Jim "Joe" wrote in message ... | Hi Jim, | | Thanks for the suggestion.
