URGENT ASSISTANCE
 
I can not see "Cell Shading" or "Font Color". When I go to "Print Preview" it
shows up. I can change "Grid Line Colors" and see them on a working
spreadshet. But I can not see any cell shading or font color changes on a
open working spreadsheet. HELP!!!!!

I am trying to load few french character from the db using Jasper report.
Some of the French characters are not displayed properly. Is there a work
around available?

You have "High Contrast" set in your operating system?
