Referencing columns values in rows

On Sheet A, cells A1:A100, I want to reference the values from Sheet B, cells
B2:b101. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

Put this on Sheet A, in cell A1:

=if('Sheet B'!b2="","",'sheet b'!b2)
and drag down 99 more rows.
