How to sort columns?
New to Excel...
Have telephone book in excel with three columns - Surname, First Name, Telephone number - at the mo in Surname alphabetical order. How to change to telephone number order - smallest number to largest number? Thanks, John |

If you highligh all 3 colums, and then got o data tab (in office 2007) and the click on sort. You will then be able to choose which field you would like to sort on.
