I need currently selected Excel cell to be highlighted better

As I work back and forth between Excel worksheets and/or other programs, I
have trouble seeing which cell I highlighted last. Is there a way to make
the highlighted cell change color or have a colored border temporarily until
I move on?

RowLiner.htm did not solve the problem for me. Still the selected cell color
is light blue. Excel 2007

After downloading the zip file and unzipping rowliner.xla have you loaded
the rowliner add-in?

Have you adjusted the settings to your desired color?
