Protected Sheet Tab Index
 

I have a protected worksheet with a few unlocked cells. However, I cannot
tab, arrow key or enter key through the cells that are unlocked for editing.
My options are set to move right on enter. I have also done this on a similar
but separate file with success. Please help!
