Can u color (fill in) cells in XL when using High Contrast featur

I'm trying to use the High Contrast feature of the operating system.
However, when I do so... it doesn't allow for using the (Color) fill in
feature for cells.

Does anyone have any idea on whether or not this is a possibility?

Thank you in advance for your help.

You can have one or the other, not both.
