Weird cursor behavior in Excel 2007 text box

I just starting using Excel 2007 a few weeks ago, and have noticed a problem
with using text in a text box. When typing text in a text box, the cursor
displays the insert position one character to the right of where it actually
inserts when you click and then type. Is this a bug?
