Basic shortcuts not working - Have different meaning
 

Hello,

I face problems in Excel 2007, that some basic shortcuts are not working as
they should. For example:

Crtl+V = opens "remove cell" option

I am using Czech version of Office 207 Professional. I am not aware I ever
did soem settings before. And as I checked I did not find any settings like
that, where I could set this wrongly. This happens also to some other
colleagues of mine in our office . Maybe this setting could come with some
other file we received. Do not think, it could be a virus?

Did not find anything also in discussions, so maybe here?
