Excel Help Menu
 

I have Excel 2002.

I have placed the shortcut to the Excel Help Menu on my desktop.
However, when I open it,

I do not "get" the left pane with:
contents
answer wizard
index

like I "get" when I open the Help Menu after I have an Excel program running.

Is it possible to enable this 'pane' so that it appears when I open Excel
Help Menu from my desktop??
