SUMPRODUCT w/ Autofilter

Is there any way I can use the sumproduct formula with the autofilter? I
have a number of different employees and I would like to calculate weighted
averages by employees using the sumproduct formula. However, I am having
trouble finding a way to calculate the sumproduct formula by employee. Even
with the autofilter on, the sumproduct formula uses the entire data set.

If someone could help, I would greatly appreicate it.

Thanks,
Mike

I don't believe Excel will allow what you want to do. There is a simpler way
-- set up another column with the product for each row. Then use the
SUBTOTAL function on that column, using whichever function you wish (sum,
average, etc.). Set up the SUBTOTAL in a cell above whatever you want to
filter, and the answer will be displayed there.
