I am copying a portion of a large spreadsheet, a portion 5 columns wide, and
3 rows tall. Other than the last column, all is well. The last column has a lot of data in it, between 10-20 lines of text, separated by an [ALT]+[ENTER]. I find that in pasting, I'll usially get between 13-15 lines, but it will abruptly cut off, mid-word. Even copying just the cell itself, and closing other programs produces the same results. Any suggestions? |

Try adding alt-enters every 80-100 characters and I bet you'll see more
characters. David wrote: I am copying a portion of a large spreadsheet, a portion 5 columns wide, and 3 rows tall. Other than the last column, all is well. I appreciate the suggestion, but each of my lines is short. I've enclosed an
example, (client information replaced with X). What is replaced with M is what should be there but isn't. 2005 S-Corp. - 1120S Cont. xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx & xxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxmmm mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmm "Dave Peterson" wrote: Try adding alt-enters every 80-100 characters and I bet you'll see more characters. If you haven't tried increasing the rowheight, try that.
If each line in that cell isn't separated with an alt-enter, try that. David wrote: I appreciate the suggestion, but each of my lines is short. I have tried using a very large row height, and alt-enter separates every
line of text. Neither have worked. I am stumped. "Dave Peterson" wrote: If you haven't tried increasing the rowheight, try that. If each line in that cell isn't separated with an alt-enter, try that. I don't know what you mean by "alt-enter separates every line of text.", but I
don't have any other ideas, either. David wrote: I have tried using a very large row height, and alt-enter separates every line of text. Neither have worked. I am stumped.
