Excel 2007 can not filter / sort in sheet with 657,000 rows
I upgraded to Office 2007 when I heard that the new upper lmit in Excel was
1MM rows. I am running Offide 2007 Enterprise on XP Pro SP2 on a machine with 4GB Ram and dual Intel zeon 3.06Ghz processors. I generated the workbook from Crystal Reports XI. I converted it to the ..xlsx format. There are no protection or incompatability issues that Excel can find. When I choose the DATA menu, all options are grayed out. Any clues? |

Make sure the sheet is not protected (Review tab). And that it is not
"shared" (also Review tab). -- Jim "Charlie Ruddy" <Charlie wrote in message ... I upgraded to Office 2007 when I heard that the new upper lmit in Excel was 1MM rows.
