Is there an add-on for Excel (like print to pdf) that will allow you to print
from a website into an Excel Spreadsheet? I have tried the copy/paste route
- it takes too long and requires reformating to get the data to show up
correctly.

I suspect "printing" (in the computer sense) isn't what you really
want to do.

What's the URL, and what do you want the worksheet to look like?

Stan,

The information I want is from a financal statement, and I would like to the
format to look like the website (columns and rows set to show the data
without tuncating or using xxxxxxx because data does not fit the cell).
