Loading custom toolbar
 

I created a custom toolbar with icons that becomes visible
when I open a certain workbook. However, when others open
it the tool becomes visible, but the icons do not. Also,
it is not placed with the other toolbars at the top like
it does when I open the book. How do I fix this?
