compare list slighty different
 

hello every one
I have 2 list with 3 columns with data like text and number as it is showed:


sheet 1;
a1 a2 a3
name city hour


and more
sheet 2;

a1 a2 a3
name city hour


So i want to compare both list and find wich ones does not match!!!
The problem is that many of the text data are slighty different and
sometimes very diferent so i can not find a common patrol to follow! to
compare!!
Could i do this maybe through another tool like macro, if mathin 75% of the
tex ...
something like that..

Please a need help!!!
Is this imposible?
