How do I set a formula in the event the incorrect information based on the
following year month and date that is required. is there a way that I stop a workbook that has 12 worksheet from calculating the information every time the book is opened |

ToolsOptionsCalculationManual Then save your workbook. Be aware though, that if it is the first Workbook opened in that session of Excel, then that will set the default calculation state for any subsequent workbooks that are opened. -- Regards Roger Govier "Buxton" wrote in message ... It is if I would like to write a string like a if function to let me know that the incorrect year month and date is in the work book how can I do that the function that were available is either month and year or date and year. I would like all three. Thank you so much for the answer on the second question. I think that the reason why you haven't had a reply apart from Roger's is
that we don't understand what you are saying.
