repeat command missing

In Excel 2002 icon of repeat command is missing. I drag and drop this
command from Tools-Customize-Commands, but not in between other icons.
After that this command is not shown on the edit menu.
How can I restore this command in edit menu?

right click the toolbar, customise. Look under the edit menu
Note that "repeat" is shown as "redo"
