Hi,
I am trying to upload my resume to a recruitment agency website and when I
try to do it it comes up with an error that says "the file type you are
uploading to ......must be a doc extension. Please click on browse again and
select another file with the .doc extension". Can anybody help me?
Thanks! :)

It sounds like the website is looking for a Word document not a resume
created and saved in Excel. Transfer the information into Word, save the
file and upload at your leisure

It is looking for a Word document, not an Excel spreadsheet. If you've got
your information in Excel, you should be able to copy it and paste into a
Word document, then save that.
