How to invert or rotate a table?

I am trying to manipulate the date in a table by inverting and rotating into
various orientations. How can I do this in Excel without hard coding the
formulas into each cell?

Thanks,

This will do row to column transpose and is a partial solution but how do I
get a flip or mirror image on either a vertical or horizontal axis?

I don't think this is possible without either a macro or hard-coded formulas
(which you seem to be against, for some reason).
