web services using soap excel/VBA
 

Hello I am running web services using soap within excel/VBA. for some unknown
reason when I try to access it from other locations outside my network I
keep on getting An error message Error in GETWSDL, GETWSDL failed cannot
establish connection to web Service. Can some enlighten me as to why this is
happening? in some instances and not all.
