Excel numeric to text cell contents
Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to either write a macro that will take a cell containing numeric values change them to text, then add spaces to display values same as the French Canadian format, for example $99,090.01 to 99 090,01 $. I know this can be done in the International tab under options for numeric values, but as soon as the workbook is opened in Excel-Mac it is automatically changed back to English formatting. By changing these values to text then adding the spaces to mimic the French format. Excel-Mac will treat these cells as text and not modify them. Or is there some Excel command which allows custom formatting of Text cells? Help please. |
