IF ISNA Help

I am creating a checkbook for work. I need help with determining how to type
a number in one cell (i.e. '7245) and get it to produce the name of the
account that belongs to 7245. This is what i have so far. I am just not
sure what to do with the part that says 'account number'. Do i create a
seprate file with these names? or do i put them in the table somewhere?
Please help! Thanks!

IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A7,'Account
Numbers'!A$2:B$327,2,FALSE)&"-"&VLOOKUP(B7,'Account
Numbers'!C$2:D$1443,2,FALSE))," ",VLOOKUP(A7,'Account
Numbers'!A$2:B$327,2,FALSE)&"-"&VLOOKUP(B7,'Account
Numbers'!C$2:D$1443,2,FALSE))

Act Guy,

In your formula, the part that reads...

'Account Numbers'!A$2:B$327

....is refering to the range of cells A2 to B327 on a sheet named "Account
Numbers"

This sheet should already exist and it should have 2 lists on it: one list
from A2 to B327 and a 2nd list from C2 to D1443.

HTH,

Conan

Thanks Conan.

After changing all the items on my 'Account Numbers', i cannot get it to
pull upon the other sheets for some reason. Here is my formula again and an
example. Any thoughts?

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A19,'Account
Numbers'!A$3:B$329,2,FALSE)&"-"&VLOOKUP(B19,'Account
Numbers'!C$3:D$1449,2,FALSE))," ",VLOOKUP(A19,'Account
Numbers'!A$3:B$329,2,FALSE)&"-"&VLOOKUP(B19,'Account
Numbers'!C$3:D$1449,2,FALSE))

On my 'Account Numbers', in cell A3 is have "00", in cell B3 i have "Rooms",
but it will not pull up on the other sheets...what am i missing?

THANKS FOR THE HELP!
