skump

move to a different cell with the arrow button.

I am using Excel 2007 and I am having a problem changing cells with my arrow
buttons on my keyboard.
All I am trying to do is go from one cell to another using my arrow buttons
on my keyboard. Now when I hit the up (or any other) arrow my entire screen
moves and what I would like to fo is just go from one cell to the one next to
it.
Can someone please tell me if this is just a setting I need to change??????
We just started using 2007 and are still trying to get used to it.

Thank you.
Shane

Sounds like Scroll Lock is on. Press the Scroll Lock key to turn it off.

Tail Wind

move to a different cell with the arrow button.

Use the arrow keys not in your keypad. If you wish to use the kypad you will
have to turn off the num lock. The screen is move from the Pg Up or Pg Dn
commands you are giving it.
