I need 20 of my staff to be able to access and update a spreadsheet in
realtime, all at the same time. Is this possible? What I am doing is
generating call lists of existing clients hundreds of lines long, and I want
my staff to open up the spreadsheet and start calling those clients, and be
able to mark off on the spreadsheet that the client was called, and who the
client. It needs to be in real time so that when one client is called,
someone does not follow up behind them and call again. Am I crazy to think
this is possible?

ToolsShare Workbook may do what you want with rules for conflict-resolution and
change-tracking.

I don't work with them so can't say how useful it would be.
