File Property Keyword Search

I am trying to use "File Search" from within Excel 2003 to locate a keyword
that I have placed in the file properties of a file, but it returns no
results. This is the first time I've ever made use of file properties and
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas on what I might look for?
