Tracing cell formulas to other spreadsheets on the same workbook

I work on large workbooks that consist of many spreadsheets. Some of the cell
formulae consist of using many cells from different spreadsheets. I know that
pressing F2 will show you where the formula is from when all of its
components are on the same spreadsheet. However, I don't know how to track
the formula when its components are on different spreadsheets of the same
workbook. I would really appreciate any advice on how to "work-out" where the
multi-cell, multi-sheet formulas are coming from. Cheers.

The Formula Auditing toolbar will likely help you. ToolsFormula
AuditingShow Auditing toolbar.

Select a cell and click: Show Precedents button from the toolbar. If
your precedents are in another sheet you will get an arrow on which
you can double-click.
