Getting rid of those pesky white boxes...
Group,
I imported some data into Excel 2003. Some of the records contained "memo" fields, which contained long text entries. Inside these text entries are little white boxes (hard retrurns in the originating program), which, when copied and pasted into MS Word, turn into paragraph symbols. I want to remove them from Excel but I can't find a matching symbol to use in the search and replace process. Any ideas? TIA, Jeff |
