I need to find out how to get a cell to say one thing on page 1 of a
workbook, but have the exact same cell on page 2 and 3 to be something else |

By "page" do you mean worksheet?
Enter qwerty in A1 of sheet1, switch to sheet 2 and enter asdfgh in A1 Switch to sheet3 and enter zxcvbn in A1 Or perhaps there is more to this than you have described?
